GUOGANG GROUP
On June 8, 2025, a delegation from Shandong Guogang Group, led by Mr. Zhao Sen, Chairperson of the Board, Ms. Gao Yuan, Chairperson of the Board, and Ms. Zhou Yuying, Head of the International Trade Department, paid a visit to the Embassy of the Republic of Guinea in China at its invitation. They held candid discussions with H.E. Aminata Koita, Ambassador of Guinea to China, on deepening China-Guinea economic and trade cooperation and promoting friendly exchanges, reaching multiple constructive agreements.
Ambassador Aminata Koita extended a warm welcome to the Shandong Guogang Group delegation. She spoke highly of the traditional friendship between China and Guinea, emphasizing China's role as a key partner whose support in infrastructure development and economic growth has significantly propelled Guinea's social progress. The Ambassador expressed her hope that Shandong Guogang Group would serve as a bridge to further expand practical cooperation in areas such as trade, investment, and industrial collaboration, injecting new vitality into the economic and trade exchanges between the two nations.
Head of International Trade Zhou Yuying provided the Ambassador with a detailed overview of the Group's core businesses and development plans. She highlighted that leveraging its extensive industry resources and mature import-export network, the Group focuses on sectors including agricultural products and mineral resources, offering global clients full-chain supply chain solutions encompassing procurement, logistics, customs clearance, and market access. Ms. Zhou expressed the Group's readiness to establish in-depth cooperative relations with Guinean partners to enhance the quality and efficiency of bilateral trade.
In recognition of Shandong Guogang Group's outstanding capabilities and social influence in international trade, the Embassy of Guinea in China conferred the following honors during the visit:
Mr. Zhao Sen was appointed as "Special Charity Exchange Envoy of the Embassy of the Republic of Guinea in China".
Ms. Gao Yuan was appointed as "Special Exchange Ambassador of the Embassy of the Republic of Guinea in China".
Shandong Guogang Group was designated as the "Trade Partner of the Embassy of the Republic of Guinea in China".
Ambassador Aminata Koita personally presented the letters of appointment. Chairperson Gao Yuan accepted them on behalf of the Group with solemn gratitude. The meeting concluded on a positive note with a group photo, marking the successful end of the productive engagement.
This visit signifies the elevation of cooperation between Shandong Guogang Group and the Embassy of Guinea in China to a new stage. Moving forward, both sides will work in closer coordination to advance China-Guinea economic and trade collaboration into deeper and broader realms, contributing more robustly to the consolidation of China-Africa friendship and the joint building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
