In 2008, driven by a deep reverence for military service and a sincere dedication to serving the country, Sen Zhao resolutely participated in the army. During his 12 years of service in the 38th Military Engineer Regiment, he maintained rigorous discipline and a strong sense of mission. Through relentless training and skill development, he developed his strategic thinking and management acumen. Whether undertaking heavy engineering tasks or learning complex equipment operations, Sen Zhao consistently devoted himself, completing every mission with unwavering responsibility and commitment.
In 2012, Sen Zhao participated in the Zhurihe Training Base Military District Competition, where his exceptional military expertise earned him second place. This competition not only showcased his individual capabilities but also instilled in him a profound appreciation for teamwork and perseverance.
In December 2013, Sen Zhao officially joined the Communist Party of China, further solidifying his belief in serving the people. Through in-depth study of the Party’s innovative theories, he continuously elevated his political awareness. In daily military operations, he exemplified the vanguard role of a Party member, inspiring collective progress among his peers.
In 2014, Sen Zhao took part in the Peace Mission operation, working closely with comrades to address complex challenges and successfully complete all tasks, further enhancing his ability to navigate intricate scenarios.
In 2015, he participated in the construction of the 70th Anniversary National Parade site, a project of immense significance. Despite tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and high technical demands, Sen Zhao and his team overcame obstacles to deliver the site on time and to the highest standards, laying a solid foundation for the parade’s success.
In September 2016, as a member of China’s 18th UN peacekeeping force, Sen Zhao volunteered for a year-long mission in Liberia, West Africa. Even with harsh environments and volatile social conditions, he remained steadfast in his duties, engaging in humanitarian relief and public order maintenance, embodying the professionalism and integrity of Chinese peacekeepers.
In January 2020, Sen Zhao honorably retired from military service.
