Procurement Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Organize the formulation of procurement management systems and workflows, lead the team to complete procurement tasks, and achieve procurement objectives;

2. Optimize procurement processes and improve efficiency through internal and external coordination and communication;

3. Enhance procurement capabilities and efficiency by improving and optimizing supplier databases, price databases, contracts, and various work templates;

4. Be responsible for procurement team training, project support, and coordination;

5. Develop and implement procurement cost reduction plans based on annual budgets and cost reduction requirements;

6. Track and manage the progress of procurement staff and projects, coordinating to resolve issues in procurement procedures;

7. Manage suppliers, conduct price negotiations, and oversee procurement environments and product database investigations;

8. Effectively utilize resources, stay updated on market information, actively develop high-quality suppliers, and periodically optimize supplier selection;

9. Candidates with a car and over two years of driving experience are preferred.


Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with relevant work experience preferred;

2. Priority given to candidates with practical procurement experience in marketing, consulting, IT, logistics, or operations;

3. Familiarity with procurement and bidding processes, strong professional knowledge, and negotiation skills;

4. Knowledge of business and trade-related fields;

5. Proficiency in office software such as WORD, EXCEL, and PPT;

6. Strong learning ability, logical analysis, planning and execution skills, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills, with the initiative to complete tasks promptly.


Compensation Structure:

Probation Period:1-3 months. Outstanding performers may be considered for early confirmation of employment.

Basic salary for probationary employees at Qingdao headquarters and branch offices: RMB 3,500.

After confirmation:

Qingdao headquarters: RMB 5,500.

Branch offices (excluding Shanghai and Hong Kong): RMB 5,000.

Shanghai branch:

Probationary period: RMB 5,000.

After confirmation: RMB 6,500.

Hong Kong branch:

Probationary period: RMB 5,000.

After confirmation: RMB 7,000.

Performance Salary:Linked to individual performance appraisals, distributed monthly/quarterly based on appraisal results.

Allowances and Benefits:Five social insurances and one housing fund, meal allowance, high-temperature allowance (for 3 months), etc., issued in accordance with company regulations.

Bonuses:Annual year-end bonuses will be distributed based on the company's operational performance and employees' annual performance.
