Job Responsibilities:   

1. Arrange freight forwarders' pickup schedules, design and optimize operational models.

2. Monitor shipments and coordinate the handling of exceptions during transportation and warehouse handover processes.

3. Record and evaluate the operational quality of freight forwarders, and promptly update new freight forwarders.

4. Possess analytical skills to conduct quantified analysis and judgment for complex situations and issues.

5. Assist with other operational tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

1. Gender (open to all genders), Bachelor's degree or above, CET-4 or higher; candidates with logistics experience or relevant majors are preferred. Fresh graduates in English or logistics-related fields are welcome.

2. Honest, trustworthy, meticulous, down-to-earth, hardworking, proactive, and responsible.

3. Proficient in Excel and interested in data analysis-oriented work.

4. Skilled in operating cross-border e-commerce Amazon platform logistics.

5. Strong teamwork spirit, service awareness, and communication/coordination skills.

Compensation Structure：

Probation Period：1-3 months. Outstanding performers may be considered for early confirmation of employment.

Basic salary for probationary employees at Qingdao headquarters and branch offices: RMB 3,500.

After confirmation:

Qingdao headquarters: RMB 5,500.

Branch offices (excluding Shanghai and Hong Kong): RMB 5,000.

Shanghai branch:

Probationary period: RMB 5,000.

After confirmation: RMB 6,500.

Hong Kong branch:

Probationary period: RMB 5,000.

After confirmation: RMB 7,000.

Performance Salary：Linked to individual performance appraisals, distributed monthly/quarterly based on appraisal results.

Allowances and Benefits：Five social insurances and one housing fund, meal allowance, high-temperature allowance (for 3 months), etc., issued in accordance with company regulations.

Bonuses：Annual year-end bonuses will be distributed based on the company's operational performance and employees' annual performance.
