Job Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with operational procedures of shipping, air transport, and other transportation methods to provide cargo transportation services.

2. Responsible for receiving customer orders, coordinating with shipping companies and other departments to arrange trucking, booking, issuing numbers, recording manifests, VGM, cargo pickup, bill of lading issuance, and other related tasks.

3. Communicate and coordinate with customers and other departments to track and follow up on freight status in a timely manner.

4. Handle communication, coordination, and resolution of exceptions and emergencies.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in logistics, trade, or related fields.

2. Minimum one year of relevant work experience in international shipping or international trade. Candidates with experience in North America, Central/South America routes or similar industries are preferred.

3. CET-6 or above, with fluent spoken English being an advantage.

4. Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills, quick thinking, diligence, proactive learning attitude, and good teamwork spirit.

5. Detail-oriented, strong stress resistance, and efficiency-focused.
