Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop Python programs to collect information based on project requirements and transfer structured data into databases;

2. Responsible for designing and implementing core modules of data collection systems, as well as their maintenance;

3. Oversee the planning, development, maintenance, and upgrades of data synchronization and collection platform products;

4. Participate in the deployment and operation of data synchronization and collection platforms to ensure system availability, stability, and scalability;

5. Understand business system requirements and contribute to the continuous optimization of data synchronization and collection platform architecture to meet rapid business growth demands.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, Computer-related major with solid foundational knowledge in computer science and programming skills, over 3 years of work experience;

2. Strong proficiency in Python fundamentals, familiarity with Python libraries such as requests, selenium, and DrissionPage, and skilled in data processing using Python;

3. Proficient in relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL, adept in SQL, and experienced in using stored procedures, views, and custom functions, with expertise in database design and performance optimization;

4. Possess basic software development capabilities and the ability to independently retrieve data via API interfaces;

5. Basic English reading and writing skills, CET-4 or above;

6. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as FineReport or Python libraries like Matplotlib.

Compensation Structure：

Probation Period：1-3 months. Outstanding performers may be considered for early confirmation of employment.

Basic salary for probationary employees at Qingdao headquarters and branch offices: RMB 3,500.

After confirmation:

Qingdao headquarters: RMB 5,500.

Branch offices (excluding Shanghai and Hong Kong): RMB 5,000.

Shanghai branch:

Probationary period: RMB 5,000.

After confirmation: RMB 6,500.

Hong Kong branch:

Probationary period: RMB 5,000.

After confirmation: RMB 7,000.

Performance Salary：Linked to individual performance appraisals, distributed monthly/quarterly based on appraisal results.

Allowances and Benefits：Five social insurances and one housing fund, meal allowance, high-temperature allowance (for 3 months), etc., issued in accordance with company regulations.

Bonuses：Annual year-end bonuses will be distributed based on the company's operational performance and employees' annual performance.
