Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall planning and daily operation of the company's official account, including content strategy, editing, and publishing, ensuring alignment with the company's positioning and audience needs.

2. Analyze operational data such as readership and engagement rates, adjusting strategies based on feedback to enhance user activity.

3. Plan creative online campaigns to strengthen corporate culture dissemination and shape a positive corporate image.

4. Coordinate departmental resources, track trends, and ensure content compliance and timely delivery.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Journalism, Chinese Language & Literature, Advertising, or related fields.

2. Proficient in PS, Xiumi, etc., capable of independent graphic design, and familiar with full-process official account operations.

3. Knowledgeable about state-owned enterprise (SOE) communication standards; strong aesthetic sense and data analysis skills.

4. Prior experience in SOE or institutional communications preferred.
