Cashier

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for daily expense reimbursement of the company.

2. Handle daily cash and check receipts/disbursements, and promptly record cash and bank deposit journals.

3. Assist HR in preparing payroll monthly and support salary distribution.

4. Conduct daily cash inventory checks to ensure daily/monthly reconciliation and alignment between accounts and physical cash. Cash on hand must not exceed the company's stipulated limit.

5. Regularly reconcile bank accounts and prepare bank balance reconciliation statements.

6. At month-end, collaborate with accounting personnel to conduct cash inventory checks and verify cash/bank deposit journal transactions and balances.

7. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fund reports as required by the company to keep management informed of available funds.

8. Safeguard cash, online banking U-keys, payment password devices, password sheets, daily fund reports, various seals, blank checks, check registers, blank receipts, and other securities to ensure their safety and integrity. Any shortages must be compensated for.

9. Transfer fund-related original vouchers: promptly submit original vouchers to accounting personnel.

10. Other tasks assigned by company leadership.


Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier or in related financial roles, proficient in cash handling, bank settlements, and bill management. Capable of independently maintaining journals, preparing daily fund reports, and conducting month-end reconciliations.

2. Familiarity with financial software (e.g., Yonyou, Kingdee) and online banking systems. Experience with e-bill processing and ability to identify/mitigate fund risks.

3. Knowledge of VAT invoice issuance/cancellation processes, individual tax filing, and social insurance/housing fund payments. Experience with bank acceptance bill discounting/endorsement is preferred.

4. Prior experience in high-frequency transaction industries (e-commerce, trade) and familiarity with third-party payment platforms (e.g., Alipay, WeChat Merchant) for efficient multi-platform reconciliation and refund processing.

5. Bachelor’s degree or higher.

6. Age ≤35 years (educational requirements may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates).
