Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily accounting operations, preparing accounting vouchers, and ensuring accurate and timely recording of revenue, costs, and expenses.
2. Conduct verification of various assets, perform regular inventory checks on cash, fixed assets, reconcile receivables and payables, and follow up on overdue payments to ensure consistency between accounts and actuals.
3. Prepare financial statements and related statistical reports, and assist in corporate fund management.
4. Organize and archive accounting documents, regularly back up financial software data, and ensure the completeness of accounting records.
5. File national and local tax returns on time, conduct periodic tax burden fluctuation analysis, and engage in reasonable tax planning.
6. Manage relevant contracts and maintain an updated ledger of financing agreements.
7. Perform other related tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Pass relevant national or industry qualification examinations, such as Junior Accountant or Intermediate Accountant certification, and obtain accounting practitioner qualifications.
2. Serve as the head of an accounting unit, holding a professional technical title of Accountant or above, or possess over 3 years of accounting experience.
3. Strong learning ability and execution skills, meticulous and rigorous, with high data sensitivity and adaptability to fast-paced work environments.
4. Age 35 or below; candidates with extensive experience may have relaxed educational requirements.
5. Diploma: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
